How do I use PayPal?

To use this simple, secure online payment facility just add your selected items to the shopping basket, which you can view and amend at any time, and when you are ready to make a purchase, select Checkout. You will then be taken onto the PayPal site and guided through a few simple steps to pay for your order.

Once orders are placed successfully with PayPal, you will receive a transaction confirmation email.

You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to use the facility. However, if you wish to sign up to an account, there is an option to do so at the end of the checkout.

As PayPal opens in a separate 'pop-up' window, the Jesselina website will remain open in the background, and will still be available once your transaction is finished.

Is PayPal secure?

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers. Only PayPal has access to your confidential credit or debit card details.

Orders for a special occasion

If you need an order to be delivered in time for a special occasion, please ensure that you tell us the date as soon as possible to avoid confusion or disappointment. You can let us know the date an item is required in Additional Information on the Bespoke Order form, or by contacting us.

Urgent orders

Where possible, we do take on urgent orders, and are happy to discuss commissions to tight timescales, but as all the items are hand-made it is preferable not to rush the process. If the gift is required urgently why not buy a Gift Voucher from us? We can provide it at short notice, and the recipient can participate in the design process.
